Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I use Sculpt Time?
Cleanse, Lift, and Infuse Modes may be used once daily. Renew and Refine Modes are recommended 2 to 3 times per week. Each session lasts 5 minutes.
Do I need to use skincare with the device?
Use makeup remover or toner with Cleanse Mode. Use a water-based gel or serum with Lift, Infuse, and Renew Modes. Refine Mode must be used on clean, completely dry skin without skincare products.
Which intensity should I start with?
Start at Level 1 and increase gradually only when the treatment feels comfortable. Stop using the device if you experience unexpected pain, burning, or persistent irritation.
Can I use Sculpt Time while it is charging?
No. The device cannot and should not be used while charging.
Is a power adapter included?
No. A power adapter is not included. Use a DC 5V/1A adapter with the included USB Charging Cable.
How should I clean the device?
Turn the device off, then wipe the treatment head with a soft wipe lightly dampened with purified water or with an alcohol pad. Do not rinse the Main Unit or treatment heads directly under water.
