I’ve tried the Wavytalk Smooth Barrier Heat Protectant Spray on both wet and damp hair, and I’m really impressed with the results. I’ve been using it along with the Wavytalk hair steamer, and every time, my hair comes out looking sleek, smooth, and shiny. The spray has a light, pleasant scent—not overpowering at all—and it leaves my hair feeling soft and healthy instead of dry or weighed down. What I really like is that it provides solid thermal protection without any greasy residue. I’ve noticed zero frizz, even after styling with heat tools, and my hair feels more manageable and less prone to breakage. It seems to create a nice protective barrier that keeps my hair looking polished and healthy all day. Overall, this is a fantastic heat protectant spray that actually delivers on its promises. If you use steamers, blow dryers, or flat irons regularly, this is definitely one to add to your routine.

This is a good heat protectant at a reasonable margin. I love the convenient travel size (yes, it’s safe for flights) and I actually just keep this in my go-bag. You get a better value with the larger bottle if that’s a factor for you but I personally love something mini and portable. It’s got this super fine mist that coats your hair and dries super fast (make sure it’s FULLY dry before starting your heat to avoid “bubble hair”). But my favorite part, the SMELL. It’s a little floral which can be a turn off for some, but to me it smells just like a perfume I used to use way back in high school released in 2008, “Aerie”. It’s not available anymore and this scent just took me right back to that time. LOVE IT!
