We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order’s status by logging into your account.
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped.
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico at this time. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $25.

We strive to ship all your items together. However, different shipping methods may be used depending on the product and availability. You will receive a shipment notification email when each item is shipped.
6. Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the delivery address once an order has been shipped.
7. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact our customer support team at info@wavytalk.com. To help us resolve the issue, kindly provide photos of the product received, including the care instruction tag (with the IMPA Code number) and the package label. These details will help us investigate and address the issue efficiently.
