During the warranty period, if there are any defects caused by the materials or production process, we will replace the parts or the whole product depending on the specific circumstances.

When you apply for a warranty based repair, you must submit the product and order number. That information will allow Wavytalk to confirm the date of purchase and is necessary to validate the warranty period.

Damage caused by improper use will not be covered by warranty. This includes but is not limited to: improper use of a power supply, problems that occur if the product is used outside of the intended scope, modification of the product or addition of non-Wavytalk components, etc.
