How do I join The Chat Rewards?
Simply create a Wavytalk account to join The Chat Rewards program and start earning points on eligible purchases and activities.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by:
- Creating an account (100 points)
- Shopping at Wavytalk (Insiders: 10 points for every $1 spent; Trendsetters: 15 points for every $1 spent; Icons: 20 points for every $1 spent)
- Leaving a review (50 points)
- Following Wavytalk on Instagram (50 points)
- Following Wavytalk on TikTok (50 points)
- Subscribing to Wavytalk on YouTube (50 points)
- Celebrating your birthday (50 points)
How do I redeem my points?
Once you've earned enough points, you can redeem them for rewards such as e-gift cards, products, and exclusive loyalty perks through your rewards account.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your Wavytalk account and visit The Chat Rewards section to view your current points balance and available rewards.
Do I need an account to earn rewards?
Yes, you must have a Wavytalk account to earn, track, and redeem points.
What are rewards tiers?
The Chat Rewards features three membership tiers: Insider, Trendsetter, and Icon. As you spend more with Wavytalk, you'll unlock additional benefits, bonus point multipliers, and exclusive perks.
How do I move up to the next tier?
You'll automatically move up when you reach the required spend threshold:
- Insider: Spend $0.00
- Trendsetter: Spend $100.00
- Icon: Spend $250.00
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire. Once earned, your points will remain in your account until you choose to redeem them for rewards.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your rewards balance.
How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Share your referral link with friends and they'll receive 35% off their first order. Once they complete a qualifying purchase, you'll earn 2,500 reward points.
Why haven't I received my referral points?
Referral points are awarded once your referred friend completes a qualifying purchase. Please allow a short processing period for points to appear in your account.
Can I combine rewards with other promotions?
Click the exclamation mark icon next to each reward to view its redemption rules and eligibility requirements.
How do I get my birthday points?
Enter your birthday in your rewards account and log in on your birthday to receive your birthday points. Birthdays must be entered at least one day in advance to qualify for points that year. No purchase required.
Can I use my points after placing an order?
No, points must be redeemed during checkout and cannot be applied to completed orders retroactively.
Can I earn points when shopping through other retailers?
Points can only be earned on eligible purchases made directly through the Wavytalk.com website.
