We handle return requests only for purchases made directly through the official Wavytalk website. For purchases made on other platforms, please follow the respective platform’s return process.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

You can easily complete a return or exchange online here (please have your original order number ready).

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please provide the original order number. You will receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

Please ensure all returns include any accessories and are returned in the original packaging.

For returns not related to product quality, a $5 restocking and shipping fee will be applied.

How long does it take to receive a refund?                                                          

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
