Wavytalk Turned Up the Volume at Coachella Weekend 1

When we said "bold results that last," we meant it. For Weekend 1 of Coachella, Wavytalk showed up as the Official Hair Tools Partner with our Spotlight Hair activation, and delivered bold hairstyles that withstood the test of festival fun. Between the warm desert air, nonstop dancing, and rushing from set to set, we made sure our Wavytalk fans' festival hair was going to stay put.

The energy carried far beyond the styling chair. From quick mid-festival self-styling touchups to surprise guests to fun photo moments in our Spotlight Studio photo booth, we packed so much fun into the three days of Weekend 1. Here's a look at everything that went down:

Free Hairstyling with Our Professional Stylists

All weekend long, our team of talented hairstylists were booked and busy bringing bold festival hairstyles to Wavytalk fans. Guests could sign up for a free appointment and choose from our six signature festival looks, each designed to deliver big volume, festival energy and long-lasting hold.

Self-Styling Stations

For festivalgoers that didn't want their hair professionally styled but still wanted the Wavytalk hair experience, we offered self-styling stations for quick mid-festival refreshes. Guests could stop by anytime and use one of our tools to touch up their look before heading to their next set.

An Exclusive Masterclass with @mattloveshair

We partnered with our long-time friend @mattloveshair to give Wavytalk fans a sneak peek into his repertoire of styling tips and tricks for bold festival hair. Attendees got an up-close look at his go-to techniques for creating festival-ready styles that actually hold. Matt created two amazing looks using our Power Wave, showcasing the versatility and easy-to-use nature of the tool.

A Lineup of Special Guests

We were also joined by so many special guests throughout the weekend who came through to hang, get styled and connect with fans. Among the guests were Bretman Rock, PinkPantheress, Stas Karanikolaou, Clarke Carraway and so many more. Each of our guests left the Wavytalk booth with bold volume and festival-ready energy.

If there was one clear standout from the weekend, it was the Wavytalk Power Wave. This is the tool that defined Weekend 1 hair. Beyond styling, we kept the energy high with interactive moments all weekend long. Our Plinko game was a fan favorite, where we gave away full-size tools, festival bundles, and exclusive festival-only merch. Safe to say, no one walked away empty-handed. Another fan favorite: our Spotlight Studio photo booth. Hundreds of Wavytalk fans captured their finished looks in our photo booth, leaving with new post-worthy content.
