When Will My Order Ship?

  • We process orders within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

  • United States (contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii)

FAQ

1. How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping: 6–9 business days after your order has shipped
Expedited Shipping (U.S. only): 3–5 business days.

2. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands), Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
Other regions are not supported at this time.

3. How much is shipping?
U.S. orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping.
U.S. orders under $25 incur a $5 fee.
Expedited U.S. delivery is $8.
For international orders (Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, and Australia), a flat $9 shipping fee applies per order, regardless of order value.

4. How will my order be shipped?
We partner with Amazon Logistics and other reliable carriers. The best carrier will be automatically selected based on your delivery address.

5. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?
We aim to ship all items in a single package whenever possible. However, depending on product availability or logistics arrangements, items may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package.

6. Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
