1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Wavytalk (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, the Neutrogena brand, Kenvue Brands LLC, and as applicable, each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Wavytalk are not eligible to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins when the official giveaway post goes live and ends on April 8, 2026 at 11:59PM EST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants must follow the entry instructions outlined in the official Wavytalk giveaway post on the applicable social platform. Only entries that fully comply with the stated requirements will be considered valid. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will receive one (1) Wavytalk Limited-Edition Bundle of their choice: Main Stage Waves Bundle, VIP Volume Bundle or Spotlight Sleek Bundle, along with one (1) Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Invisible Gel Face Sunscreen SPF 40, one (1) Neutrogena Beach Defense SPF 70 Sunscreen Lotion, and one (1) Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Lip Oil (“Prize”). Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted. Winner is prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the Prize.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced and contacted on Friday, April 10th via direct message from Wavytalk’s official social media account. The selected winner must respond and claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If the winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Liability, Release & Disclaimer
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wavytalk, Instagram, TikTok, the Neutrogena brand, Kenvue Brands LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries,
officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Neutrogena brand and Kenvue Brands LLC are not sponsors of this giveaway and are not responsible for the administration of this promotion or the awarding of the prize.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
9. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with Wavytalk’s Privacy Policy.
