This giveaway is sponsored by Wavytalk (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, AEG Presents LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., Goldenvoice, LLC, the Event venue, any artist participating in the 2026 edition of the Coachella Valley Music & Art Festival (the “Event”) and, as applicable, each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Wavytalk are not eligible to enter.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins when the official giveaway post goes live and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Participants must follow the entry instructions outlined in the official Wavytalk giveaway post on the applicable social platform. Only entries that fully comply with the stated requirements will be considered valid. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) General Admission (GA) passes to the Event (“Prize”). Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted.
Travel, accommodations, meals, and any additional expenses not expressly stated are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner (and guest(s), if applicable) understands that the Event may be cancelled after the Prize is awarded, in which case no compensation will be paid in lieu of the cancelled Event. Winner is prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the Prize. Winner and guest must abide by all Event and venue rules and regulations. All tickets, passes or related components for the Event are issued subject to the applicable tickets terms and conditions available at

Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced and contacted on Sunday, February 1, 2026 via direct message from Wavytalk’s official social media account.
The selected winner must respond and claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If the winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Liability, Release & Disclaimer
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wavytalk, Instagram, TikTok, Goldenvoice, LLC, AEG Presents LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Goldenvoice, LLC, AEG Presents and Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. are not sponsors of this giveaway and are not responsible for the administration of this promotion or the awarding of the Prize.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with Wavytalk’s Privacy Policy.
