1. Organizer:

The Wavytalk Free Limited Edition Product Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organized by Wavytalk (“Organizer”), operating in the United States.

2. Eligibility:

  • The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Organizer, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period:

  • Registration for the Promotion begins on March 1, 2026, 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 30, 2026, 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).
  • Winners will be announced on March 31, 2026.

4. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must register on the Wavytalk website during the Promotion Period.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple registrations from the same person will be disqualified.

5. Prizes:

  • A total of 100 participants will be randomly selected to receive a free limited edition Wavytalk product (the “Prize”).
  • All other registered participants who do not receive the free product will receive a discount code for use on the Wavytalk website or on Amazon.
  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • Winners of the free limited edition product will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified via the email provided during registration.

7. General Conditions:

  • By participating, participants agree to these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates, partners, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize.
