  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless an installment plan is selected.
  • Wavytalk does not charge additional fees for using installment services. Any financing costs (such as interest or late fees) are determined by the provider.
  • All transactions are processed in USD. If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees or currency conversion charges.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • For credit/debit cards and PayPal, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For installment payments (Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm), your refund will be processed through the provider, and your repayment schedule will be updated accordingly.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Wavytalk Gift Card balance.

You cannot split one order across two different credit/debit cards or between PayPal and a card. However, if you have a Wavytalk Gift Card, you may use it together with another payment method (such as a credit card, PayPal, or installment option) to complete your purchase.

2. Do you store my credit card information?

No, Wavytalk does not store any payment details. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed by our payment providers.

3. How do installment payments work?

When you choose Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm, you will be redirected to their platform during checkout to complete the setup. Approval and installment schedules are determined by the provider.

4. Are there extra fees for using installment payments?

Wavytalk does not charge extra fees. However, depending on the provider’s policy, interest or late payment fees may apply. Please review the provider’s Terms of Service before completing your purchase.

5. What happens if I request a refund?

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
● For installment payments, your repayment plan will be adjusted accordingly by the provider.
● If you paid with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Wavytalk Gift Card balance.
