1. Promotion Overview
This promotion offers either an electronic gift card (e-Gift Card) or a free physical gift when purchasing eligible products or meeting specified spending thresholds.
If the final order amount does not meet the promotional requirements for any reason, the promotional gift or e-Gift Card will be removed or canceled, even if it was originally displayed in the order.
If an order is returned, partially refunded, canceled, or modified and no longer meets the promotional eligibility requirements:
- The promotional e-Gift Card will be canceled or the corresponding value will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any free physical gift must be returned in unused condition along with the original order.
- If the free gift is not returned, Wavytalk reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund.
Promotional gifts and e-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be replaced if lost or used.
- e-Gift Card: Delivered via email within 3 business days after the main order is confirmed as delivered.
- Free Gift: Shipped together with the qualifying order, subject to availability.
- The promotional gift (e-Gift Card or free product) is awarded per order based on the qualifying purchase amount or eligible products. Each order may receive only the corresponding gift once.
2. E-Gift Card Usage Terms
- e-Gift Cards are valid for purchases made exclusively on our Wavytalk official website.
- e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred.
- Unless otherwise stated, e-Gift Cards may be used in combination with other promotions or discount codes.
- The validity period of the e-Gift Card is 6 months from the date of issuance (unless otherwise required by law).
- Lost, stolen, or misused e-Gift Cards will not be reissued.
3. Free Gift Usage Terms
- Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred to others.
- Limited to the specified region(s) of the promotion (e.g., U.S. only).
- If the free gift has been used and the qualifying order is later returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.
4. Returns & Refunds
If the main product from the qualifying order is returned:
- The corresponding e-Gift Card will be invalidated, or its value deducted from the refund if already used.
- The value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund if it has been used or not returned.
5. Tax Disclaimer
- Gift cards do not constitute taxable merchandise at the time of issuance.
- Applicable taxes are calculated only on the original qualifying purchase.
- For U.S. customers: “Gift cards are not taxable at the time of issuance; taxes are applied upon redemption.”
6. General Terms
- Customers are responsible for ensuring a valid email address for e-Gift Card delivery.
- Free gift promotions are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal value at our discretion.
- The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.
- The final interpretation of this promotion belongs to Wavytalk.
