30-Day Refund & Exchange Policy

At Wavytalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may return or exchange undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Eligibility & Notes

  • Returns must include all original accessories.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Wavytalk does not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
  • For returns not related to product quality, a $5 restocking and shipping fee will apply.
  • For returns related to product quality, Wavytalk will refund the full cost of the product, including shipping, typically within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. We only handle return requests for purchases made directly through the official Wavytalk website.
  2. For orders from other platforms, please follow the respective platform’s return process.
  3. To initiate a return or exchange, fill out our Returns and Exchanges Form with your original order number.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for credit/debit cards typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Refunds for PayPal or other payment methods will be processed according to the provider’s schedule.
  • For returns involving installment payments (Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm), your repayment schedule will be adjusted accordingly by the provider.
  • Refunds for gift card purchases will be credited back to your Wavytalk Gift Card balance.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item promptly.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a product quality issue.
