At Wavytalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may return or exchange undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected, the refund or exchange process will begin.

For returns not related to product quality, a $5 restocking and shipping fee will apply.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds for credit/debit cards typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds for PayPal or other payment methods will be processed according to the provider’s schedule.

For returns involving installment payments (Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm), your repayment schedule will be adjusted accordingly by the provider.

Refunds for gift card purchases will be credited back to your Wavytalk Gift Card balance.
Exchanges
