30-Day Refund & Exchange Policy

At Wavytalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may return or exchange undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Return Eligibility & Important Notes

  • Returns must include all original accessories.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Wavytalk does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • For returns not related to product quality, a $5 restocking and return shipping fee will apply.
  • For returns related to product quality issues, Wavytalk will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, typically within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
  • Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  •  Pre-orders
    • For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins on the delivery date, not the date the pre-order was placed.

    • You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled for a full refund.

    • Once your pre-order has shipped, it will be covered under the standard 30-day return and refund policy outlined above.

  • Subscriptions

    • For subscription purchases, only the most recent delivery is eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.

    • Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded. However, you may cancel future deliveries at any time through your account.

    • Refunds for eligible subscription returns will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. We only process return and exchange requests for purchases made directly through the official Wavytalk website
  2. For orders placed through other retailers or platforms, please follow the return process provided by that platform.
  3. To start a return or exchange, complete our Returns and Exchanges Form and include your original order number.

How Refunds Work

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Credit/debit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
  • PayPal and other payment methods will be refunded according to the provider’s processing timeline.
  • For purchases made through installment payment providers (such as Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm), your repayment schedule will be adjusted according to the provider’s terms.
  • Gift card purchases will be refunded to your Wavytalk Gift Card balance.
  • Pre-orders & Subscriptions

    • If a pre-order is canceled before shipment, your payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

    • If a subscription order is canceled before fulfillment, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.

    • Once approved by our support team, refunds for pre-orders and subscription orders typically follow the same 5–10 business day processing timeline.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item promptly.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a product quality issue.

  8. What if my product is damaged or defective?
    If your product arrives damaged or has a quality issue, Wavytalk will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund, including original shipping fees. Please contact support@wavytalk.com and include photos of the issue and your order details.
  9. Can I return a product purchased from another platform?
    No. This policy only applies to purchases made directly through the official Wavytalk website. For purchases made through other retailers or platforms, please follow the return process provided by that seller or platform.
