Makes my hair very flat with few passes. It heats up very fast, so it takes awhile to cool down again. Since it is wider it is a bit difficult to touch up my front piece's roots as a side part girly. Everything else is very likeable and I do not regret my purchase. If youre buying this because your last flat iron was getting to old and sucked at flattening your hair, you'll be very impressed and love this product :)

It could be better but it does work

Although this iron has some points to improve, I loved the way the seller contacted me and offered me a refund, I even told them that it was not necessary and they still offered it to me and let me keep it.(Edited)This iron really works well, it just has a few things that could be improved. It says that it can be used with Damp hair but the truth is that it didn't work for me girls, my hair is curly and with damp hair it lasts a long time to straighten it and you feel that it is mistreating it too much; I imagine that if you have natural straight hair you can use it with damp hair. That's why I dried it with the hair dryer, without tension I just dried it but if you do it with tension it will look better and it's easier. It brings a very practical velvety cover to store it and a glove so you don't get burned but I really don't like using it because you don't feel if your hair still wavy when you have it on. In general, for the price there may be better options but this one is not so bad to begin with.

It was so nice with my 3b-3c curls, it was an amazing experience!! It so good for being so much cheaper then other flat irons, this really did work!!

I originally bought one in pink for my daughter. I used it a couple times and I liked it so much I had to buy one for myself! It heats fast, it locks, has the dust bag and a glove(i haven't used the glove yet though). I heard about this brand from an influencer and will definitely be purchasing a few more items from them.
