Why can’t I see obvious “smoke” or steam during use?
The steam is released intermittently. Please make sure the water tank is filled and properly locked, and that the device has reached the selected temperature. When you close the plates, the steam system activates automatically. If the steam seems weak, check whether the steam vents are blocked by mineral buildup.
Will the device leak water? How can I prevent that?
Water leakage is usually caused by overfilling the tank or not using the dedicated water bottle. We recommend using only distilled water to prevent scale buildup, filling the tank to 80% capacity, and making sure the rubber stopper is pressed in tightly.
What is the difference between Nano Titanium plates and ceramic plates?
Titanium heats up faster and provides a smoother glide, making it especially suitable for coarse, resistant curls, such as 3C/4C hair types. Combined with the steam function, it can complete styling in less time and reduce damage caused by repeated exposure to high heat.
Can I add hair oil to the water tank for use with the device?
No. Please do not add any oils or chemicals to the water tank, as this can damage the steam nozzle.
Is it suitable for fine hair? Will the temperature be too high?
Yes, it is suitable. It offers multiple temperature settings, and for fine hair, it is recommended to start with the lowest setting. The steam helps add moisture, preventing fine hair from becoming fragile due to excessive dryness.
Why does it make a sizzling sound while straightening? Will it burn my hair?
That sound is caused by moisture being heated and turning into steam, which is completely normal. The steam helps protect moisture inside the hair shaft. As long as you do not leave the device on the same section of hair for too long, it will not burn your hair.
How long can the steam water tank last during use?
When fully filled, the water tank can typically support 15–20 minutes of continuous styling, which is enough for a full straightening session.
Does this product support dual voltage for international travel? Can I use it while traveling?
Yes, it supports 100V–240V dual voltage. You only need a plug adapter to enjoy professional-level styling anywhere in the world.
