Is this product suitable for long or thick hair?
This product is specifically designed for short hair (such as pixie cuts and bobs), bangs, and edge flyaways. Since the plate is only 0.65 inches wide, it is less efficient for long or thick hair. For users with long hair, we recommend using it only for adding root volume or styling small detail sections.
Why does the cool air function make a buzzing sound when turned on? Is it defective?
No, this is not a defect. The sound comes from the built-in fan motor while it is operating. The air outlet continuously blows air to help set the hair the moment it leaves the heated plates, locking in the curl and preventing the hair from overheating.
Will the outer shell get too hot to hold during use? Do I need to wear a heat-resistant glove?
We use a heat-insulated tip design, so it is safe to hold during normal use. Since the body is slim, beginners are advised to wear the heat-resistant glove included with the product until they are familiar with the styling process, to avoid accidentally touching the heated plate area with their fingers.
Can I use it on wet hair?
No. To protect the health of your hair and achieve the best styling results, please make sure your hair is 100% dry before use.
There are so many temperature settings. Which one should I choose?
This product has 5 temperature settings. For fine, soft, or damaged hair, we recommend 280°F–320°F. For normal hair, 360°F is recommended. For coarse or thick hair, 390°F–430°F is recommended. It is best to start with the lowest temperature and adjust as needed.
Does this product support dual voltage for international travel? Can I take it on trips?
Yes, it supports 100V–240V dual voltage. Its compact and lightweight design makes it ideal for travel worldwide. No voltage converter is needed—only a plug adapter may be required.
Can men use it for styling hair or grooming their beard?
