Cool Curl Pencil

First thing- Its Wavytalk. Wavytalk is a great brand! Hasn't failed me yet! I got this flat iron for my bangs. As you can see, hopefully lol, in the picture.. I like to use this to flip my side bangs (like butterfly wings) 🦋I like how small it is and the heat flow makes it work so much better! Its a great BANG for your buck! Pun intended 🤭

I have many wavytalk hair care items but not this small .65" pencil airflow cooler styler. I do have the larger version which I think is an inch wide and love it.This barrel is really small and I have used it on my shoulder length hair. It has all the attributes of the larger one like it gets hot fast and it blows cool air thru the little holes . This helps cool the hair and set the style. I usually use it to get some waves or even curl if I pull it down gently to create spiral curls. They are very thin because of the barrel size so you must also use small sections of hair. I find that it takes me longer to do my whole head but the curls are tighter before I give them a fluff with my fingers.Make sure to use a heat glove because you will most likely touch the HOT barrel whether you are using it as a flat iron or curler.I like the styler but I think it might be more well suited for very short hair. It would allow you to add lift and body without the barrel being to large to wrap the hair around it.I think this is a good value for anyone with short hair. For my longer hair I'll probably reach for the larger version to keep the styling time shorter.

This wavytalk flat iron heats fast and works well. All of the features work exactly as they should. I do find that I accidentally change the temp as I am styling which drives me nuts though. I wish the buttons were placed elsewhere.

This is a very nice straightener. It heats up fast and works great, and it feels really well-made. Overall, I have no complaints.

Great hair iron. This being a pencil type is smaller then your full size bit perfect for a few curls before work or heading out quick and comes in a nice box gift wise with a carry bag that makes transport easier if you want to use for vacation or travel or works weekend getaways.Very happy with this item and a great value for the size and for its intended purpose.Element gets to temp quickly and has a few preset temps but all seem to work for my hair which is simple hair, so if works for me I think will work for all y’all, so it takes the guess work out and makes it simpler especially regarding temp.

However, while the description says that the Flat Iron is versatile for all hair lengths, I\\'m not sure I\\'d recommend this particular item if you have a longer hairstyle.While I appreciate that they\\'ve included both an illustrated tutorial guide on how to achieve certain styles and a QR code for viewing a short tutorial video, having something more in-depth on how to use the Flat Iron to its maximum capacity would be beneficial.Additionally, in the short tutorial video, a woman is shown wearing a glove while using the Flat Iron. Given how hot the device gets, it would be beneficial to include a glove similar to this one. Additionally, upon reviewing the instructions, I couldn\\'t find a specific mention of needing to use a glove; however, given the temperature settings, using a glove should be recommended.Now, when it comes to the heat settings, this Flat Iron delivers. It heats up quickly, so it\\'s ready to use almost immediately after you plug it in. Considering the highest heat setting is 430°F, it\\'s nice that there is an auto shutdown feature after 60 minutes.This Flat Iron comes with a limited one-year warranty, too, which is a welcomed benefit given that it is a pricier item.And it\\'s nice that there is a locking button to keep the mouth of the Flat Iron closed when not in use.If you have a short hairstyle, specifically a Pixie or Bob cut, this Pencil Flat Iron is something to consider. If you have longer hair, this may not be the best option for you. While it is a quality item, it is definitely designed for a specific style.
