Aunque esta plancha tiene algunos puntos a mejorar, me encantó la forma en que el vendedor me contactó y me ofreció un reembolso, incluso les dije que no era necesario y aun así me lo ofrecieron y me dejaron quedármela. (Editado) Esta plancha realmente funciona bien, solo tiene algunas cosas que podrían mejorarse. Dice que se puede usar con el cabello húmedo, pero la verdad es que no me funcionó, chicas, mi cabello es rizado y con el cabello húmedo tarda mucho en alisarse y sientes que lo maltrata demasiado; imagino que si tienes el cabello naturalmente lacio puedes usarla con el cabello húmedo. Por eso lo sequé con el secador, sin tensión solo lo sequé, pero si lo haces con tensión se verá mejor y es más fácil. Trae una funda aterciopelada muy práctica para guardarla y un guante para no quemarte, pero realmente no me gusta usarlo porque no sientes si tu cabello sigue ondulado cuando lo tienes puesto. En general, por el precio puede haber mejores opciones, pero esta no está tan mal para empezar.

Originalmente compré una rosa para mi hija. La usé un par de veces y me gustó tanto que tuve que comprar una para mí.
