Cooling Comfort, Smooth Results
Feel the difference with ice-cooling IPL designed for a more comfortable hair removal experience.
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) hair removal is a light-based technology designed to reduce unwanted hair over time. It uses broad-spectrum light to target pigment (melanin) within the hair, making it a widely used method for at-home and professional hair reduction treatments.
IPL technology emits controlled pulses of broad-spectrum light that are selectively absorbed by melanin in the hair shaft. Once absorbed, this light energy is converted into thermal energy, which travels down to the hair follicle beneath the skin. This thermal effect gradually disrupts the follicle’s activity within the hair growth cycle, reducing its ability to regenerate hair over time with repeated treatments.

Wavelength determines how deeply light can penetrate the skin. Shorter wavelengths tend to act closer to the surface, while longer wavelengths can reach deeper into the hair follicle. A broad wavelength range (typically 600–1200nm) allows IPL to target hair at different depths.

Energy, on the other hand, defines how much thermal effect is delivered to the follicle. Sufficient energy is required to effectively influence the hair growth cycle and achieve consistent results over time.Together, wavelength controls how deep the light goes, while energy determines how effective the treatment is.

Salon-quality hair removal, no appointment needed. The Bare It IPL combines 24J Dual-Pulse Technology with Ice Cooling Care to remove hair fast, while keeping treatments cool and comfortable. Three personalized modes target hair at the root for smooth, radiant skin all over–face, bikini line, underarms, and beyond. No irritation, no razor burn, just smooth, glowing skin.
Shave the treatment area before use. Avoid waxing or plucking, as the hair root needs to remain intact for IPL to be effective.
Hair grows in different cycles, and IPL is most effective during the active growth phase (anagen phase). Some hairs may be in a resting phase during treatment, which means they are not affected immediately.
If treatment is stopped too early, these follicles can re-enter the growth phase and produce new hair, which may give the impression that the device is not effective.
Consistent use over time is essential to achieve and maintain results.
