I just got this in the mail today and I decided to try it out and see how this works. I didnt know at first it was just a regular straightner. I thought it was just a steam one but hey that doesn't matter really. But I used the steam the whole time while doing my hair. I was able to use just one of the fills for the tank and I have a lot of hair. I was super impressed on how well this worked and how the end results came out. When I usually straighten my hair it's still puffy and doesn't look good. I wish I could show you what it looked like half done and half not cause this will help you out so much. I would highly reccomend this product for anyone.

Why can’t I see visible “smoke” or steam during use?

The Steam Hair Straightener releases steam intermittently. Please make sure the water tank is filled and properly locked, and that the device has reached the selected temperature. When you close the plates, the steam system activates automatically. If the steam seems weak, check whether the steam vents are blocked by mineral buildup.

Does the Steam Hair Straightener leak water? How can I prevent that?

Steam Hair Straightener Water leakage is usually caused by overfilling the tank or not using the dedicated water bottle. We recommend using only distilled water to prevent scale buildup, filling the tank to 80% capacity, and making sure the rubber stopper is pressed in tightly.

What is the difference between Nano Titanium plates and ceramic plates?

That sound is caused by moisture being heated and turning into steam, which is completely normal. The steam helps protect moisture inside the hair shaft. As long as you do not leave the device on the same section of hair for too long, it will not burn your hair.

How long can the steam water tank last during use?

When fully filled, the water tank can typically support 15–20 minutes of continuous styling, which is enough for a full straightening session.
